    I'm pleasantly surprised how many people i meet who are aware of the problem of plastics, especially in the oceans, and are open to doing something for Plastic Free July!

    This challenge really opened my eyes to the ways I can reduce plastic use at home and at work. The results have made me and my husband a lot more conscious of what we’re doing every day.

    High five to Ed, Nora and Rachel for doing some community clean up around the zoo, Franklin Park and Scarborough Pond. There’s sooo much more to do so we should schedule another! Plastic free August!

    Today is the last day. I’m so proud of our team. We really kicked some plastic butt. I’m super psyched about getting so many people thinking more about plastic and very humbled by the amount of interest and support from coworkers, friends, family and strangers!  I hope that everyone had a similar experience and I’m looking forward to continuing...

    By avoiding plastic packaging this month, I have noticed I have been eating better with fresh ingredients and homemade recipes.
