Stacey Sekscienski 7/31/2018 11:00 AMMany of the "metal tubed" toothpastes still use plastic for the lid and some have linings that may contain BPA. I finally decided to try to make my own toothpaste. Have been trying it for a couple of days and seems to be working well. I used a recipe that I found on this page:

Stacey Sekscienski 7/29/2018 8:13 PMFor those of you that like to drink the sports drinks or water with added electrolytes, they actually make small fizzy tablets with electrolytes that you can add to your reusable water bottle. It is less expensive and will reduce your plastic use. -
