Teresa Urban 7/31/2018 8:32 AMThis challenge has been such a great experience! I am realizing truly how much plastic is used everyday and some ways to minimize plastic use. -
Amanda Sartain 7/31/2018 6:55 AMI can honestly say this plastic free month has lead me into quite a few plastic free habits! May the plastic free lifestyle continue on! -
Collin Caranna 7/26/2018 6:42 AMNothing screams "Plastic Free July FAIL" more than taking the leader of "plastic free Gulf Coast" to a restaurant that only serves plastics. :( Shame. -
Ric Urban 7/25/2018 2:00 PMWhen ordering your Sweet Tea at lunch, I need to be a little more specific and say "Sweet Tea, Lemon and NO STRAW" Please... -
Teresa Urban 7/22/2018 11:52 AMI forgot my reusable bags when I went to the grocery store today! But I only used 4 plastic bags ! -
Ric Urban 7/20/2018 1:58 PMHad a great discussion and lunch in Biloxi with Elizabeth from the group Plastic Free Gulf Coast. This is a Mississippi Grass Roots Project that we need to turn into a total Gulf of Mexico Project. To all my friends on the Gulf, contact me if you want to join us in making a Big Splash in the Gulf of Mexico.
Cheers

Whitney Sumrall 7/17/2018 6:52 AMI have purchased cups with built in straws for the family :) No More Straws! -
Teresa Urban 7/17/2018 6:46 AMI do my best to Skip the Straw everyday ! But it is very difficult when eating out, and restaurants bring you a drink with a straw already in it! This happens a lot on the Gulf Coast and we need to start pushing businesses to give straws upon request! -
Whitney Sumrall 7/16/2018 6:48 PMI have been using reusable containers to pack lunches.
