    I'm pleasantly surprised how many people i meet who are aware of the problem of plastics, especially in the oceans, and are open to doing something for Plastic Free July!

    It took until the last day but we got out and cleaned up about 40lbs of trash along the roadside and around a local pond!  The bags by volume were approximately 75% plastic.

      50lbs!  Rachel and I collected an extra 10 on our way back. I noticed SO MANY PLASTIC BOTTLE CAPS!  yikes.
