    Last Day!!!! but not really.  Plastic Free July has hopefully inspired me to think more and do more.  Hopefully this is true for others as well.

    I purchased reusable plastic straws for the home. Though it is a small change, we now turn down straws whenever we get takeout because we can use our own straws from home.

    Yesterday I went out to eat with the family and they know that I'm doing this challenge. They decided to skip the straw with me.

    My mom and I went grocery shopping and forgot our reusable bags in the car, so I challenged myself to carry all the groceries back without bags. I succeeded (obviously, because I’m awesome) but there was a watermelon involved and I am never forgetting to bring a bag again.  Moral: Watermelons are powerful. Obey the melon.
